Pre-contract
Long before we begin manufacturing, we’re here to support you through the initial stages of your project, from ensuring a fully compliant quotation at tender stage, including value engineering options and manufacturing suggestions based on our knowledge and experience, samples for approval, material recommendations, design workshops and pre-start meetings with key project personnel, it’s essential to have everything in place from the outset to ensure a successful project.
Design & development
Using the latest software to generate 3D manufacturing drawings for client approval, our in-house CAD/Design team have a wealth of manufacturing knowledge and experience. We recognise the importance of the design process both to us and our clients and have invested in the latest software and hardware which allows us to model everything in 3D, which in turn enables us to streamline our processes by outputting straight to our CNC machines, reducing time, whilst improving accuracy and efficiency.
Manufacture
With all aspects of joinery manufacture (including upholstery) carried out in-house, we are in full control of your joinery project from start to finish, allowing us to maintain our commitments to our clients and their projects, whilst also ensuring that we have flexibility when required should things change along the way.
Material integration
In addition to covering all joinery manufacture in-house, we also collaborate closely with our specialist, dedicated supply chain to coordinate and deliver all other manufacturing elements that may be required on a project including stone, metalwork and glass.
Installation
As a manufacturer and installer, we understand and appreciate the importance of the installation process and the time and money that this can cost, which means that we are always striving to factor this into our designs and methods of manufacturing to ensure that the installation of our products can be implemented as efficiently as possible on site.
Our dedicated installation and project management teams possess a varied skillset, covering all essential trades allowing them to satisfy all of your onsite requirements with the minimum of fuss, whether working independently, or with main contractors and other sub-contractors.
Logistics and warehousing
Post-production, we ensure that everything that leaves our factory is well wrapped, labelled and protected for delivery to site and includes a full set of 3D manufacturing drawings for installation. Our factory is located just 50 miles from central London allowing us to adopt a flexible approach to logistics, dependent on various factors including site access, payload, FORS requirements etc. – whatever the project dictates, we’ve got you covered.
Project management
Effective, proactive communication from start to finish ensures that you’re kept up to date with progress on a regular basis and we’re always here to answer any questions that you might have at any stage of the process. From initial veneer selections and regular update meetings to factory visits for you to be able to view manufacturing progress first hand, our team are here to support you throughout the journey.
Appliances
In addition to all of the aforementioned in-house services that we provide our clients with, we are also approved main dealers for a wide range of appliance manufacturers. We can offer you a single source solution for all kitchen related projects, ranging from a Prime Residential Kitchen or a Commercial Tea Point to Multiple Apartment Kitchens and Utility Rooms; we have all of the options covered regardless of the appliance specification and project requirements, dealing direct with the manufacturers we are able to source the latest models with real time availability.
