Pre-Contract
Long before we begin manufacturing, we’re here to support you through the initial stages of your project, from ensuring a fully compliant quotation at tender stage, including value engineering options and manufacturing suggestions based on our knowledge and experience, samples for approval, material recommendations, design workshops and pre-start meetings with key project personnel, it’s essential to have everything in place from the outset to ensure a successful project.
Design Development
Using the latest software to generate 3D manufacturing drawings for client approval, our in-house CAD/Design team have a wealth of manufacturing knowledge and experience. We recognise the importance of the design process both to us and our clients and have invested in the latest software and hardware which allows us to model everything in 3D, which in turn enables us to streamline our processes by outputting straight to our CNC machines, reducing time, whilst improving accuracy and efficiency.
Production
With all aspects of joinery production (including upholstery) carried out in-house, we are in full control of your joinery project from start to finish, allowing us to maintain our commitments to our clients and their projects, whilst also ensuring that we have flexibility when required should things change along the way.
Installation
As a manufacturer and installer, we understand and appreciate the importance of the installation process and the time and money that this can cost, which means that we are always striving to factor this into our designs and methods of manufacturing to ensure that the installation of our products can be implemented as efficiently as possible on site.
Our dedicated installation and project management teams possess a varied skillset, covering all essential trades allowing them to satisfy all of your onsite requirements with the minimum of fuss, whether working independently, or with main contractors and other sub-contractors.
Logistics and Warehousing
Post-production, we ensure that everything that leaves our factory is well wrapped, labelled and protected for delivery to site and includes a full set of 3D manufacturing drawings for installation. Our factory is located just 50 miles from central London allowing us to adopt a flexible approach to logistics, dependent on various factors including site access, payload, FORS requirements etc. – whatever the project dictates, we’ve got you covered.
